I have been with the university for over 12 years. I was the TAPSS Conference Liaison for the 2005 conference. I have been a member of the organization for 11 years. I am a native Houstonian and my husband, Harold, and I moved here to our lake house near Lake Somerville in 1991. I enjoy motorcycle riding, boating, camping and being with my friends out at the lake. I am a recent Great Grandmother and I absolutely love spending time with my great granddaughter, Adalynn Kate-Rose, who is almost 6 months old. I am very excited to be serving on the TAPSS board for this coming year.

Flora Reeves

Howdy! My name is Flora Reeves. I have been a member of TAPSS since 1999. I have served on many committees and had the pleasure of being President, Past President, President-Elect, Treasurer, and Historian. I enjoy TAPSS for what it stands for and what we can do with it. I work at Transportation Services as a Lead Office Associate. I have been with the university for 30 years. I oversee 20 student workers; we do multiple projects and are always on the move. I schedule the preventative maintenance for the Auto and Heavy Equipment shops for 600 vehicles/equipment along with many other duties.

I am married and have 4 children, 4 grandchildren and 2 great granddaughters. I love family time, flea markets, and shopping with my best buddy, my sister-in-law, and best friend Sherra. I am a volunteer with the American Cancer Society Relay for Life and have had the pleasure of being on the American Cancer Society Board and a Past President. I am a member of IAAP since 2002.

Sharon Mena

I am new to Bryan-College Station and to Texas A&M University. I moved here in 2013 when I accepted the position as Administrative Assistant to the Dean of Student Life. I have enjoyed working with the members of TAPSS and look forward to serving as Secretary.

Before accepting my current position, I served as Executive Assistant to the President of Hill College in Hillsboro, Texas, for 8 years. At Hill College I served as Chair of the Government Relations Committee, Manager of the Strategic Plan Creative Problem Solving Work Group and was a member of the Administrative Council, Boots & Suits Ball Committee, Innovations Committee, Social Committee, Calendar Task Force, and Enrollment Task Force. I was an active member of the National Association of Presidential Assistants in Higher Education.

I am married to Randy Mena and we have four children and 5 grandchildren. I am a member of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas, Daughters of the American Revolution, Czech Heritage Society of Texas and an Associate Director of Westfest (annual Czech festival in West, Texas). My passions include spending time with my family, doing hand embroidery on Czech costumes, genealogy, politics, running, and watching Texas Ranger Baseball.

Rosemary (Rosie) Schoenfeld

Rosie was born and raised in Caldwell, Texas. She is a graduate from Caldwell High School and has taken classes both at Blinn and Texas A&M University. She completed her CPS in 1996. Rosie has lived in the Bryan/College Station area for 28 years. Rosie's other passion is volunteerism. She served as a Girl Scout leader for 14 years, soccer coach, uniform coordinator and registrar for College Station Soccer Club, A&M Consolidated Band Booster officer, Relay for Life, Tiger Club, and currently serves on the Human Resources Committee and as the Financial Secretary at Bethel Lutheran Church. She is also actively involved in Lutheran Women's Missionary League and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority (Xi Eta Nu chapter).

She has been married to her wonderful husband, Paul, for 28 years. They have two children, Amy and Brian, and one granddaughter, Ariana.
